USA Shipping Information
- All US orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS.
- All orders are processed as soon as they are received and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date on which the order was placed excluding weekends or holidays.
- Priority and Overnight shipping orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day / after 12PM EST will ship the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of its shipment and providing you with a link to track your package.
- The Modern Minx is required, by law, to collect sales taxes on all orders shipped to New York.
- Applicable charges will be calculated, added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation page if you have listed a New York shipping address.
- All USA orders refused upon delivery or returned as undeliverable or uncollected will be subject a restocking fee of 20%.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will receive store credit for the remainder of the purchase price of the item (minus the shipping fees and restocking fee).
International Shipping Information
- All International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL.
- All orders are processed as soon as they are received and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date on which the order was placed.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of its shipment and providing you with a link to track your package.
- Depending on where you live, you may have to pay additional customs fees or taxes.

- Modern Minx is not responsible for applicable customs fees, taxes and duties.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
- All International orders refused upon delivery or returned as undeliverable or uncollected will be subject to an additional shipping fee (varies depending on location & weight) and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Lost, Missing or stolen packages
- As an added layer of security, all packages shipped require signature confirmation.
- Modern Minx is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- If you believe a package has been lost or stolen, please send us an email at customerservice@shopmodernminx.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number in the email.
