For your convenience, we offer returns for a period of 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered.

• Refunds are not available - No exceptions.
• Store credit will be issued via gift card, may be used at any time and does not expire.
• Final Sale: Sale Items / Bodysuits / Accessories / Mystery Boxes and Gift Cards.

• For your convenience, a pre-paid label will be provided. 
• We charge a flat rate return shipping fee of $8 for orders shipped within the United States.
• International return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend utilizing a trackable and insured shipping method.
• All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to prevent damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

• Once we have received your return, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
• Exchanges will be reserved and shipped once we have received and inspected the returned item.

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

• Item(s) must be in NEW and undamaged condition.
• Item(s) have all product and Modern Minx tags and protective packaging attached.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• Item(s) must be free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) / scent (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.) / pet hair / dandruff.
• Items that do not meet this criteria will be refused, returned to you and are subject to an additional shipping charge. Alternatively, Modern Minx, at its discretion, may apply an additional 20% restocking fee against the purchase value & issue store credit for any remaining balance.

The following items are not eligible for a return - no exceptions will be made:

• Sale Items are Final Sale
• All Accessories - Handbags / Eyewear / Jewelry
• Bodysuits
• Mystery Boxes
• Swimsuits
• Shipping Charges
• Gift Cards

• Modern Minx requires that eligible items be shipped & postmarked within 30 days from the date in which the order was received in order to qualify for store credit or an exchange.
• Once the 30 day period has passed, returns or exchanges cannot be honored and will not be accepted - no exceptions.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you believe that you have a received the wrong item or if the item received is damaged or defective, we must be notified within 24 hours from the date and time on which the order was delivered.  Please send us an email to customerservice@shopmodernminx.com & be sure to include your name and order number.
